Sofia is an immensely talented, driven and dedicated casting producer with excellent people skills. My name is Malene Riis and I am runner up in Scandinavia’s next Topmodel 2016. I was casted by Sofia Eng and it was a wonderful experience. I wasn’t nervous because she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the casting and made it easy for me to open up about my life and who I am. Sofia is also a very reliable, open and friendly person herself and when she would tell me something personal from her own life it made me feel I had a good connection with her from the beginning and that I could share even more about myself. During the Topmodel competition she stayed in the house with all the contestants for two months and we all loved her for always taking very good care of us, giving advise and sharing life experience. She felt like family to us from the beginning and we could always feel that she had our best interest. Sofia Eng is absolutely amazing to work with and if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be a successful international model today.

I have hired Sofia Eng as a casting director/producer and as part of the production team for numerous productions in Europe as well as in the U.S. since 2010. She did the casting for the Emmy winning reality show “Allt för Sverige”, as well as nominated dating series “Ex on the beach” to mention a few. Sofia is a motivated self-starter with a superb understanding of what makes great TV and storylines. She has an impressive network and an eye for finding the right people to cast. Her ability to relate and get candidates to open up is unparalleled and very treasured, especially for reality TV casting. Sofia delivers season after season, no matter what show we’re casting.
