Sofia was born and raised in Stockholm Sweden. She started her career as an actress and moved to New York to study acting. Soon after graduating from acting school she was offered the role as "Miss Lippenreider" in the Warner Brothers hit Wild Wild West that brought her to Los Angeles.

 

Being an actress made her very humble and sensitive to the experience of the casting procedure. Sofia really understands how uncomfortable it can be to be auditioned. Her goal is to make the person feel as comfortable as if talking to a best friend. Sofia loves people and discovering new talent. She is very passionate about getting to know people and hearing their life stories.

 

During her years at Friday TV part of Elizabeth Murdoch’s Shine group, she was in charge of casting but also involved in developing new TV formats.  Sofia has also worked as a TV reporter not only did she conduct the interviews she also produced the segments and was in charge of booking the talent for the show . She interviewed numerous celebrities like Tom Cruise, Edward Norton, Dustin Hoffman, Will Ferrell, Hugh Grant, and Drew Barrymore to mention a few.
